One of the biggest challenges was creating a mechanism that ensures user safety and authenticity. In the dating app industry, eliminating fake accounts is crucial. At 4Paws, we had to design a verification process that links the owner’s profile to their pet’s information, building a trustworthy community based on genuine passions rather than just superficial details.
