Golden Flowers Poland develops modern vending machines for the floristry and retail sectors. We have created a mobile application for the client to manage flower vending machines and monitor sales, stock levels and machine performance across various locations. This tool streamlines the day-to-day operation of the machines and gives owners full control over their business via their mobile phones.

The aim of the project was to create an app that simplifies the management of Golden Flowers vending machines and supports the day-to-day operation of machines operating on a 24/7 basis. The solution allows owners and operators to monitor product availability in real time, check the freshness of the range, analyse sales and remotely check the status of the vending machines. As a result, the device management process becomes faster, more predictable and less reliant on manual checks in the field.
In addition to the app, we also create and develop software for the flower vending machines themselves, constantly expanding the system with features tailored to the client’s business and operational needs.

The main challenge was to create a tool that would allow operators to monitor multiple flower vending machines in different locations from a single location. When selling fresh produce, it is essential not only to check availability, but also to keep a close eye on stock levels, quality and when goods need to be replaced. This conclusion is drawn from the publicly described scope of the application and the operating model of Golden Flowers.

The second challenge was to minimise the need for the owner or staff to physically check the status of each machine. The app had to translate data from the machines into clear status updates, notifications and a schedule of tasks, so that staff could respond more quickly and plan restocking more effectively. This is also a solution based on publicly communicated features: alerts, reports and remote management.
