The goal of the project was to create a professional digital ecosystem that comprehensively supports the management of social assistance and field care. The primary objective was to eliminate paper-based documentation and replace it with an advanced tool that allows coordinators to manage their teams effectively, while enabling caregivers to focus on providing real assistance.
Field Care (Opieka w Terenie) is an integrated platform combining a mobile application for employees with an extensive Administrative Panel. The system enables precise time and attendance tracking (RCP), real-time route planning on maps, and full management of the client database and organizational roles. Through automated reporting and digital visit documentation, institutions can optimize costs, raise care standards, and respond instantly to the needs of their clients.

One of the greatest challenges was translating complex, paper-based administrative processes into an intuitive digital format. The project had to ensure the seamless replacement of hundreds of physical forms with fast online reports, accessible to coordinators in real time, thereby eliminating the risk of errors and data loss.

Another significant challenge was creating a system to effectively manage a dispersed team of caregivers, which required a precise integration of GPS technology with time and attendance tracking (RCP). The key challenge was developing a clear interface that allows for the real-time monitoring of routes and visit progress without burdening the user with complex operation.
