About project

The project involved the creation and development of a web platform for the DagaJoga online yoga school. On the Sysmo side, the scope of work included the web platform, an online course management panel, and server infrastructure, while the service itself was designed for individuals wishing to practice yoga from home. Concurrently, the website was expanded to include a subscription offer, live classes, online courses, workshops, a shop, and a blog, providing the brand with a single place to conduct and monetize its online business.

Combining several offer models in one, cohesive system

The platform is not limited to a single product type—it includes subscriptions, online lessons, live classes, courses, workshops, a shop, and a blog. At the design level, this necessitated creating a clear environment that does not overwhelm the user while organizing various purchase paths and content consumption. This conclusion stems directly from the publicly communicated scope of features.

Building a platform that is convenient for both the owner and the end users

The service was intended to support individuals exercising from home while giving the client the ability to independently manage content and the shop. This meant a need to reconcile a simple user experience with an administrative backend that facilitates the daily handling of the offer and business growth without involving a technical team for every change.

For the system user

  • For the audience, the platform means convenient access to yoga practice without leaving home. Users can choose between online platforms, live classes, courses, and workshops, and as part of their subscription, they receive access to online practices, courses, marathons, and Zoom class recordings available for 3 days after the lesson.
  • The system also provides greater flexibility and a better fit of the offer to the user’s level. Daga Joga communicates separate spaces for beginners and for a wider group of practitioners, and the online format itself reduces the need for commuting and makes it easier to incorporate practice into the daily rhythm of life.

For the system owner

  • For the brand owner, the implementation meant creating her own scalable sales channel and online service delivery. Instead of basing the offer solely on individual classes, Daga Joga gained a platform where she can simultaneously run subscriptions, courses, workshops, a shop, and a blog, as well as independently edit website content and shop offers.
  • An additional benefit is the organization of the entire business model in one place: from offer presentation and payments to material management and audience relationship building. Such a system increases the client’s operational independence and provides a solid foundation for further developing the brand online.
