

DAGO Express is a dedicated Transport Management System (TMS) for the logistics and courier industry. It combines a customer portal, carrier panel, administrator panel, and a mobile application for Android and iOS for drivers into a single environment.

The goal of the project was to create a personalized TMS (Transport Management System), an environment that organizes and accelerates logistics processes at DAGO Express. The implementation resulted in a comprehensive system including web panels for the administrator, customer, and carrier, a mobile application for drivers, and a technological infrastructure supporting order management, shipment tracking, reporting, and ERP integration.
Publicly communicated platform features include, among others, central order management, order history, ETA, notifications, analytics, data export, fast online booking, and automatic data flow via API.

The project covers several independent operational perspectives—administrator, client, carrier, and driver—as well as web and mobile channels. Therefore, the key challenge was to build a single system where data regarding orders, statuses, documents, and communication remains consistent and up-to-date for all process participants. This conclusion is based on the publicly described scope of implementation and platform functions.

A second significant challenge was connecting the transport system with DAGO Express’s business processes to enable automatic data transfer, quick quoting, booking, document generation, and tracking without excessive manual labor. Such complexity is indicated by the integration with ERP, API, real-time reporting, and the handling of statuses and transport documentation.
