The project involved the creation and development of FUCHA, a modern service platform operating on a marketplace model. The application was designed to connect individuals seeking quick help with daily chores with local contractors ready to take on tasks. The project team’s scope of work included an intuitive mobile interface, a real-time geolocation system for listings, and a unique „Pro Family” module designed to educate children on personal budget management. Thanks to its integrated chat and rating system, FUCHA has become a safe and transparent space for building a local community of helping hands.

The main challenge was to design an interface that is intuitive and user-friendly for seniors and help-seekers on one hand, and functional and fast for contractors on the other. We had to combine two distinct user flows within a single mobile application while ensuring readability, simple navigation, and the building of trust between both parties of the transaction in a marketplace model.

A unique challenge was implementing the „Pro Family” module, which engages children in household chores. It was necessary to design a task and reward system that is motivating for the youngest users, secure in terms of parental supervision, and visually consistent with the „adult” part of the application. The goal was to create an educational tool that does not interfere with the platform’s core objective of quickly finding local help.
