About project
The goal of the project was to create a personalized system for managing a family’s daily life—an environment that organizes and supports relationships and educational processes within the Olita FamilyZone. The implementation resulted in a comprehensive system including an intuitive mobile application for children and guardians, as well as an administrator panel for managing users and games.
The application focuses on centralized management of household tasks, a reward and motivation system, a family calendar, real-time notifications, child progress analytics, and automatic data synchronization between devices.

Creating a balance between the parent’s needs and the child’s world
The project required designing an environment that serves as both a professional tool for adults and an engaging space for the youngest users. At the UX level, this meant reconciling a clear task management panel with a visually appealing gamification zone. The challenge was to create an interface that does not overwhelm the parent with excessive data, while providing the child with positive stimuli and motivation to take action.

Designing an intuitive reward system and long-term engagement
A key challenge was developing point mechanics that are fair, transparent, and have a real impact on building habits in children. The system had to support parents in daily communication, allowing them to flexibly define tasks while ensuring the automation of processes such as awarding badges or generating diplomas. The goal was to create a tool that simplifies the management of household logistics without requiring constant focus on the application itself.
