Terms of Use of the Sysmo.pl Service

I. Service Administrator

The owner and administrator of the sysmo.pl website (the “Service”) is Sysmo.pl – rozwiązania IT sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań (61-758), ul. Kuźnicza 6/22, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000870256, NIP: 7822889486, REGON: 387542528, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00, fully paid up (“Sysmo”).

II. Acceptance of the Terms

1. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept their content.
2. If the User does not accept the Terms, they are requested to stop using the Service.

III. Rules of Using the Service

1. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law, the principles of social coexistence, and the provisions of these Terms.
2. In particular, it is prohibited to:
   • take actions that disrupt the functioning of the Service,
   • attempt to gain unauthorized access to Sysmo’s IT systems,
   • post illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content in the Service,
   • distribute spam, malware, or other harmful code.

IV. Content and License

1. All materials published in the Service (texts, graphics, logos, software, and other elements) are protected by copyright and are the property of Sysmo, cooperating entities, or have been obtained from publicly available and legal sources.
   
2. The User may use the Service content solely for their own personal, non-commercial use.
   
3. Copying, modifying, distributing, or publicly sharing the Service’s content without Sysmo’s prior written consent is prohibited.

V. Liability

1. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis (i.e., in its current state). Sysmo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service nor its full compliance with the User’s expectations.
2. To the extent permitted by law, Sysmo shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss, interruptions in availability, or the operation of third-party software.
3. The User uses the Service at their own risk.

VI. External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Sysmo is not responsible for the content posted on such websites or for the consequences of their use by Users.

VII. Personal Data Protection

1. The principles of personal data processing are described in a separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the Service.
2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these documents.

VIII. Amendments to the Terms

Sysmo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms come into force on the day of their publication in the Service.

IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Sysmo.
